No Refund Policy
All sales are final. We follow a strict No Refund Policy.
Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances. In such cases, submission of a valid Transfer Certificate (TC) from the school is mandatory. Without the Transfer Certificate, refund requests will not be processed.
Exchange & Return Policy:
- We ship all orders directly from our store. If you need a size exchange, we invite you to visit our physical store with the item and invoice for an instant swap.
- If the exchange item is priced higher, the difference will be collected at the store.
- If the exchange item is priced lower, store credit will be issued for the difference.
- For customers unable to visit the store, returns by mail are accepted, but shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
